Conversations for Equal Pay commemorates Equal Pay Days for women and women of color throughout the year.
Stemming from their impactful national collaboration on awareness for Latina Equal Pay Day (#47PercentCounts), a Commemoration originally conceptualized by Lean In Women of Color in 2018; the following women’s organizations have formed a ‘collective’ to share important stories in support of gender parity: Lean In Women of Color, Lean In Latina Surge Network, Self-ish Lifestyle, The Latinista, Rising Stories and The Katosphere. All have joined together to inspire women across the spectrum.
